Use of the service

Global Photo Studio allows users to upload photos, write prompts, and receive AI-generated photo results. Users must use the service lawfully and responsibly.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the photos you upload, the text prompts you submit, and how you use generated results. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any photo or content you upload.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Global Photo Studio to create, request, upload, or distribute content involving sexual content, nude content, minors in unsafe contexts, violence, cruelty, illegal activity, fraud, deception, blackmail, impersonation for harmful purposes, or content that violates applicable laws or platform rules.

AI results

AI-generated results can be inaccurate, unexpected, or different from the prompt. Global Photo Studio does not guarantee that every result will match the request perfectly or be suitable for every use case.

No misuse of generated images

Generated images must not be used to deceive, defame, harass, impersonate, commit fraud, violate privacy, or break the laws of your country or region.

Payments and digital results

Paid generations, when available, are digital services delivered through Telegram. Payments may be handled by Telegram platform features. Digital generation services may be non-refundable once processing has started, unless required by applicable law or platform rules.

Availability

The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider issues, or other operational reasons.

Changes to the service

Global Photo Studio may update features, pricing, safety rules, limits, and these Terms of Service as needed for operation, safety, compliance, and product improvement.
