1. Who processes data

2. What we collect
Email addresses for passwordless sign-in; account and credit-balance data; order status and payment amounts; photos and editing instructions submitted to the editor; diagnostic security information necessary to operate the service. Robokassa handles payment-card details; we do not need to receive your full card number.
3. Purpose and lawful basis
We use this information to provide the requested AI editing service, manage accounts and orders, support users, protect our service, and meet applicable legal recordkeeping obligations. Depending on local law the basis is service performance, legitimate interests, legal duties and, where required, your consent.
4. Processors and countries
The website is hosted on a server in the Netherlands and uses its own private object storage. We transmit photos and prompts to fal.ai for generation and order data to Robokassa for payment. These providers may process data in different jurisdictions. Do not upload sensitive or third-party material without the necessary rights and permissions.
5. Storage and deletion
Uploaded files and outputs are temporary. The service currently assigns short technical expiration periods to input and output files, but actual deletion may occur later during scheduled cleanup. Account, payment and other mandatory legal records may be retained longer as required by law. You can request account deletion from the account page.
6. Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or ask questions about processing, by contacting banderas20@mail.ru. Subject to applicable law, you may have additional rights including objection or complaint to your supervisory authority.
7. Security and cookies
We use HTTPS, signed photo links, one-time email verification codes and essential browser storage for sign-in, language, themes and work-in-progress. Payments are processed on Robokassa pages. No internet system offers absolute security.
