1. Scope
These terms govern one-time purchases of AI photo-editing credits on GlobalPhotoStudio.com. The provider is Provider: Anton Igorevich Merkulov, self-employed individual (Russian Federation), Tax ID (INN): 774314225655. Contact: banderas20@mail.ru. These terms apply to the international .com website only, not the separate Russian .ru service.
2. Services and credits
Each successful purchase adds the stated number of generation credits to your account. Normally one source photo processed equals one credit. You must have rights to upload images. Results depend on source materials, instructions and AI processing. No subscription or recurring charge is created.
3. Prices and payment
Our site displays fixed package prices in USD or EUR. Payment is processed by Robokassa in Russian rubles (RUB) using an official Bank of Russia exchange-rate quote taken when the order is created. The exact RUB amount is presented by Robokassa before payment. Your card issuer can use a different rate, charge fees, or show a different amount in the currency of your card. By confirming the payment, you agree to the RUB amount shown in the payment interface. Payment method availability depends on Robokassa and the issuing bank.
4. Delivery and failed jobs
Purchased credits are added automatically only after an independently verified payment confirmation. If an individual generation fails, the debit for that failed generation is returned to the credit balance. If payment succeeds but credits do not appear, contact support and provide your account email and invoice information.
5. Refunds and cancellation
For payment issues or refund requests, write to banderas20@mail.ru. State your account email, purchase date, amount and reason. Requests are examined under applicable consumer-protection law and the status of any services already supplied. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory statutory rights.
6. Privacy and files
Account email, payment records, temporary photos and instructions are processed to deliver the service. Images may be transmitted to the AI processor fal.ai and payment information to Robokassa. More information is in our Privacy Policy. Download generated files promptly; temporary results are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
7. Restrictions and changes
Do not upload unlawful content or third-party images without permission. We may revise these terms for future orders. Changes do not retroactively change previously confirmed purchases. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
